Lunch at Casa Frida

On our last full day in Mexico we spent the afternoon at Casa Frida's (www.casafrida.com), a Bed and Breakfast down the beach. I never miss an opportunity to visit Anabella, the owner, when I am in Barra de Potosi. Anabella is an amazing chef and wonderful hostess. Her property is beautifully decorated and is a wonderful atmosphere to relax in. . . the killer margaritas don't hurt either!

On this visit we had a special treat as Anabella's son was visiting and, like his mother, is a wonderful chef. He prepared a fabulous lunch for us that have everyone going back for seconds and thirds.
